there is always the tried and tested PvE engery management system my one guildie comments on all the time. You can stand there. (Bit of an inside joke now with our guild - you'll see guys just standing around and comments will fly on the en management.)

You pet incurs no DP and would imagine you're using it to help hold aggro (I'm assuming you're outside the fray). I'm also basing you being outside the fray with no defensive skills (stances etc.) and are relying on other means to stay alive (guildies or H/H).

So if you're out of en then stand there and regen! (heck, you can continue to attack and gain/ use adren with your build). Well maybe kite when appropriate for the sake of your bots or folks who are actually keeping you upright - they tend to be more concerned with energy.

Or you can use enraged lunge on recharge for a regular +80 damage that usually deals over 100.
